Meet The Ada Family

pays homage to the classic typology of Charlotte Perriand’s iconic CP-1 sconce, one of the best sconces ever made. But the adjustable folded metal Ada Sconce gets its raison d'être from the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which requires that lights do not protrude more than 4 inches from the wall. A versatile sconce for indoor and outdoor settings, available in a variety of finishes.

Made of corten, also known as weathering steel. The nature of the material and finishing process means that some color variance is to be expected. If installed outdoors, some degree of aging is inherent to the material, especially in saltwater environments. In indoor installations the lacquer finish offers a protective coating that should keep the fixture from continued oxidation.
