Refund policy
All sales are final. Once your order is in production it cannot be changed or canceled.
You have 5 business days to review your order and alert us if there are any damages or other concerns. It is critical that you open and review your purchase within 5 days so that, if damages were incurred during transport for example, we are able to process any issues with our shipping partners within their required timeframes.
If an item is damaged in transit, or in cases of defective merchandise, you must retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the damage when the item is first delivered. Ravenhill Studio will then evaluate if the item is eligible for repair or replacement. If replacement or repair is not possible, then a refund will be considered.
