The Ravenhill Studio In Color palette evokes a Shaker simplicity. Our colors are an exercise in utility, restraint, and material honesty. These colors derive from familiar materials of brick, wax, plants, and canvas.
Brick, a fired earth tone with depth, is warm, grounded, and responsive to surrounding materials.
Agave, the green of so many native west coast plants, has cool undertones that shift subtly between blue and green.
Beeswax, a soft, warm yellow, has a natural glow that recalls hand-finished surfaces, patina, wax, and lichen.
Canvas, a neutral drawn from raw fiber, evokes bleached bone and driftwood on California beaches.
Brick, Agave, Beeswax, and Canvas take their cues from elemental sources, where color is never static, but is shaped by light, use, and context. Each color shifts subtly in response to its setting.
