Peek Family
Our Peek Family includes sculptural, interactive sheet metal lights that play with the typologies of traditional spot lamps and ceiling cans. Peek consists of versatile forms in both Circle and Square, with articulating shades that allow for a variety of lighting configurations.
A study in material and manufacturing methods, Peek gets its name from the adjustability of the nestling shades, which allow you to decide just how much bulb to show.
In making Peek, we were inspired by classic IKEA can and spot lights from the 1980s. We love how these classic task lights provide functional, directional light with a clean, simple look.
Peek also continues our exploration of folded metal. After selling our Ada Sconce for more than a decade, we were excited to revisit this manufacturing process and experiment once again with the adjustability that folded metal allows for.
Our Peek Family includes Circle and Square versions of:
