My favourite stainless steel scissors, I just got them in Japan: Toribe Kitchen Shears. Of all the scissors / shears, these win. Both in terms of design and function -- the fact they pull apart for easy cleaning is great, and they're just so simple and beautiful. Great for cutting anything, and I use them for cooking (cutting herbs, etc) too.
