Cooking is one of my biggest forms of relaxation, so I cook a lot for myself and love to host dinner parties. One of my favorite 'culinary tools' is my stainless steel rotary herb mill. There's something really joyful and satisfying about picking some herbs from my garden and then grinding them up into spreads, over fish like salmon, or adding fresh herbs to pasta sauce. I found this one a long time ago, and they're sometimes hard to come by, but you can sometimes find them second-hand on eBay, and they're well worth it. Such a fun little tool!
