Meet The Pearl Family

Our take on the classic glass globe light. Part square, part circle, Pearl explores the Lamé Curve, the geometric shape behind mid-century designer Piet Hein's super egg and superellipse, in three dimensions. This pleasing shape is mathematical with its plotted arcs but also feels organic, like a natural form. Standard, Reeded or Amber glass available, with a canopy, pull chain or seamless.

Part square, part circle, or more simply, it’s a squircle. The pleasing shape of Pearl is mathematical with its plotted arcs, yet organic with its parallels to natural forms.
