What is your trade program all about? Our trade program offers access to exclusive discounts, including a 15% discount year round regardless of order size or volume. Once you have an active trade account, this discount is automatically applied to any order in your cart so long as you’re logged in.
Do you offer larger discounts? We offer larger discounts based on quantity and fixture type. If you are working on a large scale project please reach out to our Sales team at contact@ravenhillstudio.com to assist you with your project from start to finish, from your initial quote to final delivery arrangements.
Do I qualify? Our Trade accounts are for design professionals or purchasing agents with an eligible Federal Tax ID number.

How do I place a trade order? Once you are approved, log in into your trade account to see trade pricing and place your order on our website as you would normally. Your trade discount will be reflected automatically.
Does your trade program offer tax exemption? Yes, please include your resale certificate when applying for a trade account.
Do you have a minimum order quantity to open a trade account? We do not have any minimum order quantities.
Do you offer material samples? Yes, you can order material samples through our Material Library.
Can my trade discount be combined with other discounts? No, your trade discount can not be combined with other discounts that we offer.
